Bellevue Terrace is a wonderful Raleigh neighborhood located Inside the Beltline close to the cool North Hills Mall.
Bellevue Terrace is an established Raleigh subdivision that has a great mix of old and new. The area is slightly hilly and the homes in Bellevue Terrace are nestled in among the curving streets and tall trees.
Being in the North Hills area puts Bellevue Terrace close to I-440, shopping, dining, and downtown - but it doesn't have that urbanish feel to it. It's relaxed, comfortable, and homey. Most of the homes were built in the 1950's but there are a few homes built in 2000s sprinkled here and there.
Bellevue Terrace homes come in a mix of types and styles. There are great one-story ranch homes, split levels, and two-story homes. Many are tradition in style with a few commentary style and bungalow homes.
