Crooked Creek is a gorgeous Fuquay-Varina golf community built, starting in the late 1990's.
Crooked Creek is made up of six Fuquay-Varina neighborhoods which are The Estates, The Fairways, The Woods, The Bluffs, Greensview and Forest Ridge.
About half of the homes in Crooked Creek back up to the golf course with large lot sizes averaging over 1/2 acre.
Crooked Creek homes were build mostly in the 2000s - primarily 2001-2006. A Crooked Creek home can range in price from the mid $200,000 up to $500,000.
Crooked Creek, has walking trails, wonderful mature hardwood trees, a neighborhood Swim & Tennis Club, a playground, park, and nearby lake.
The Crooked Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole, semi-private, year-round golf club. It was designed by Chuck Smith and opened in 1994.
The front nine is a gentle, rolling design but the back nine has huge elevation changes, narrow landing areas and multiple hazards that make you stand up and take notice.
Crooked Creek is only about 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh. It's a highly desired neighborhood in Fuquay with a great location, fantastic golf, and variety of home choices.
The other golf community in Fuquay-Varina is Bentwinds.
