Eagle Ridge is a Raleigh golf course community located on wooded, rolling hills in southeastern Wake County.
Eagle Ridge homes are priced from the mid $100,000 up through the high $500,000. More than half of the homes in Eagle Ridge have a golf course view.

Eagle Ridge Golf Course
Eagle Ridge is a semi-private, 18-hole, par-71 course. It was designed by Tom Kite & Bob Cup.
The course has gently rolling, wooded terrain with lakes and streams. The Eagle Ridge Golf Club opened in October of 2000.
Along with the 6,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, there is a lakefront swim and racquet club, with a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, cabana, children's wading pool, tennis courts, walking paths, and a playground.
Eagle Ridge is located just far enough away from the of downtown Raleigh to give a welcome relaxed feel to its golf community lifestyle.
Other Raleigh Golf communities are include Brier Creek Country Club to the Northwest, North Ridge to the Northeast and Wakefield Plantation to the North.
Driving Directions: From the I-440, take Hammond Rd (Exit 299) toward Garner. Stay on Hammon Rd. as it turns into Timber Drive just after Hwy. 70 intersection. Go 1.5 miles, then turn right on Vandora Springs Rd. Turn left on Old Stage Rd. Eagle Ridge will be on your right after 1.5 miles. Map
