Ruth's Chris at North Hills is known for their super great steaks. Erin's favorite is the petite filet, Chesapeake style with lump crab, asparagus and Bearnaise sauce. Ed loves the strip steak which is also very flavorful.
Ruth's Chris has a signature style for serving their steaks. They serve them on a "sizzling plate." The plate sizzles because it is 500 degrees. It's oh so tempting to touch the plate - don't! It really is 500 degrees!
All the sides are a la carte. When you order any, make sure one is the sweet potato casserole. It's too good for words.
If you're looking for a Raleigh Restaurant for a romantic dinner, an important dinner, or just a delicious dinner, this is the place to go. Just remember this is not for the timid wallet but it is well worth it.
