Sunset Ridge is a premier golf course community in Holly Springs. The subdivision is made up of two sections - Sunset Ridge North (on the North side of Holly Springs Road) and Sunset Ridge South (on - you guessed it - the south side of Holly Springs Road).
Sunset Ridge South is the more established side of the community. The South is also known as the "Golf Course" side.
Sunset Ridge South has wonderfully developed trees and natural areas. The homes have beautiful yards and landscaped properties.
The North side of Sunset Ridge is a little newer and was built in 2000's. The North side has a wonderful mix of homes including single-family homes, darling condos and some very elegant and spacious townhomes.

Built in 1991 the course has 7,002 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . Sunset Ridge also has a clubhouse with six swimming pools, tennis courts, parks, ponds, pavilions and gazebos. It's just lovely!

The other golf community in Holly Springs is 12 Oaks.
Driving Directions: From Raleigh, take the I-440 South ramp and merge onto US-1 South. Take the Tryon Road exit. Turn right onto Kildaire Farm Road. Take a right turn on Holly Springs Road and then take a left into Sunset Ridge. Map
