Windsor Forest is a lovely and affordable North Raleigh subdivision. Homes in Windsor Forest were built in the 1990s and range in size from about 1600 square feet to 2600 square feet.
Many of the homes have brick fronts, two-car garages and large windows in both one and two-story designs. A home in Windsor Forest will range in price from the upper $100,000's to the mid $200,000's.
Windsor Forest is in a great location. It's just off Durant Road and not far from I-540. Falls Pointe Shopping Center is very close and Triangle Town Center is just a few minutes away.
Durant Nature Park is within walking distance of Windsor Forest! Durant Nature Park has hiking and mountain bike tails, and two lakes.
