Treyburn, which means three rivers in Scottish, is an absolutely gorgeous Durham golf community that is bordered by the Eno, Little and Flat Rivers as they join to form the Neuse River.
Treyburn is located a bit away from the city of Durham and set in the rolling hills of northern Durham County. This area has some stunning views which Treyburn has captured. Treyburn has preserved more than 800 acres of truly breathtaking views.
Treyburn has a series of neighborhoods each with a unique setting and aura about it. Each of the neighborhoods are a little different and have different home price ranges. They are all very lovely and in fact wherever you are in Treyburn is beautiful.
A home in Treyburn could have an incredible view of a nature preserve, rolling hills or dense forest. It could overlook a perfect fairway or an exquisite lake.

Driving Directions: From RTP or Raleigh take I-40 to Hwy 147 (Durham Freeway) and exit at Duke Street/501 North. Go about 4 miles north. Turn right on Infinity Drive, continue until it ends. Turn left onto Snow Hill Drive. Turn right onto Sawmill Creek Parkway into Treyburn. Map
