January - June 2012
Wakefield Plantation is a fabulous Master Planned Community in North Raleigh. This popular area has a wide variety of neighborhoods within the community. The homes in Wakefield range from exclusive estate homes to single-family homes, and Townhome Villas.
Wakefield homes come in just about every price range and style. There are custom estate homes priced well over a million dollars to very affordable single family homes.
At the center of the community is the TPC Wakefield Plantation 18-hole championship Golf Course. A Wakefield home on the golf course is a dream come true for any golfer.
From January through June of 2012, 46 single-family homes sold in Wakefield. The average sales price was $435,376 with an average price per square foot of $105. It took, on average, around 139 days to sell a home in this North Raleigh subdivision. During this time period, homes sold in Wakefield got 96% of their asking price.
