• Average Raleigh home prices were up again by 2% over last month.
• It took 9% less time to sell a home in Raleigh than last year
• Sellers are seeing the logic - there's a 2% increase in homes for sale over last month.

What Does All this Mean?

Folks, things are changing. There is much to reinvigorate everyone in the real estate realm. There have been ten months of increases in Raleigh homes sales and prices. With that there is a beginning lessening of days on market to sell a home in Raleigh.

Raleigh sellers who have been hesitant are seeing the numbers and seeing homes sell. They have responded and there is an increase in the number of homes being placed on the market.

Yes, it is beginning. It's time for all of us to turn the key and get this engine to roar. We have felt a strong upsurge in the market and have had a super first quarter - we have every expectation that this will continue.
